What’s the difference between The Glow-Up and The Mini Glow-Up?

The Glow-Up is our signature, full-scale branding experience designed for business owners who want to take a deep dive into their brand’s positioning, competitive landscape, and audience. It includes an in-depth discovery process, foundational messaging (e.g. mission statement, brand story, taglines), a comprehensive brand guide, an expansive logo suite, a fully developed font hierarchy, multiple brand embellishments, and more.

The Mini Glow-Up is a streamlined, essentials-only version designed for the decisive small business owner looking for high-quality branding with a quick turnaround. It’s completed in half the time and includes only the essentials. Unlike The Glow-Up, The Mini does not include messaging, in-depth industry research, multiple visual directions, or extensive revisions. It’s a fast, focused solution for those who may not be ready for a full branding investment but still want a polished, professional identity.

The Glow-Up can be bundled with our website and social revamp services for a full brand transformation, while The Mini cannot.

Why do I need to have pre-established branding to work with you on my website?

A good website starts with strong branding. If you think you have a website problem but haven't established your brand identity, chances are, your issue lies with the brand itself, not the website. We require clients to have set visual elements (logo, color, and type at a minimum) so we have an effective system to work with. This ensures we can create a website that aligns with and enhances your overall brand, rather than building something that feels disconnected or out of sync.

What’s the payment structure for your services?

Our payment structure is designed to be simple and flexible. We split the total into equal monthly payments, making it easier for you to manage your investment as we work together. To secure your spot in our schedule, we do require a deposit upfront, ensuring we have the time and resources dedicated to your project. And, if you’re ready to commit, paying in full upfront comes with a 5% discount as a little thank you for trusting us with your brand.

How involved will I need to be during the process?

You are essential to this partnership! The most involvement will be needed during the discovery phase, where we dive deep into your business through a detailed questionnaire and live kickoff call with a discovery workshop. Throughout the rest of the project, we ask that you provide timely and constructive feedback at key milestones. We always send our presentations as video recordings so you can review them at your convenience, but we're also available for phone or video calls if you'd like to chat through them together. We truly love when our clients want to be involved — it makes the process so much more fun and engaging!

What happens if I need additional support after the project ends?

We love working with repeat clients! After the project ends, we’re here for any additional support you might need. We offer website maintenance contracts at an hourly rate to keep your site running smoothly, and we’re happy to quote you for any à la carte services like slide decks, merchandise, social templates, and more. Whatever you need, we got you!

What kind of messaging is included in The Glow-Up?

In The Glow-Up, we focus on foundational brand messaging that helps clearly communicate what you do, how you do it, and how it should sound. This includes:

What is a brand embellishment?

A brand embellishment is a texture, pattern, spot illustration, framing device, or image treatment that’s incorporated into your visual identity system. It adds depth, personality, and character to your brand, helping to create a distinctive, memorable look that sets you apart. These elements can be used subtly or prominently across your brand materials to enhance the overall aesthetic and make your brand feel more dynamic.

Will I own the rights to my branding once the project is complete?

Yes! Once the project is complete and full payment is received, you will own the rights to your branding and any agreed-upon usage rights, allowing you to use your branding as you see fit for your business.

Do you do SEO?

We provide basic SEO upon development, including meta titles and descriptions and SEO-friendly copy. We do not currently offer in-depth SEO services like keyword research, backlink strategies, or ranking tracking. For advanced SEO needs, we recommend working with a specialist who can provide tailored strategies and ongoing performance tracking. We're happy to provide recommendations for trusted SEO experts.
